Will my P1 Wimax box melt in Malaysia ? I am putting it behind the curtain (literally).
I think there is propably one crucial overlooked problem (if you use it wrongly, so it's a user problem...) with the www.p1wimax.com.my box in malaysia, the little BLack box (see http://flickr.com/tropicaljantie gets very hot, since it needs to stand before the window. where the temp here is 40 degrees if not more during certain hours of the day. i think that that will decrease it life... it really get hot. how will p1 wimax solve this ? i am really talking like unhealthy heat of that box being exposed to the sun at the window.
The reason why i put i before the window, is because it's reception it is getting a proper signal, but for now I will put it behind the curtain close to the Window. Don't see much difference in the reception...
Eitherways I may want to look at a watercooled processor fan mod on my box. I wonder if this cool box will look grey after a certain time and what then ? Will it melt ? Does the heat affect it's performance ?
