And it occurs to me that five years ago today, Skype
was that cursor. An impatient speck on the world's radar screen, vying
for attention that would help write a new chapter in the history of
communication.
My take (I don't really want to be the party spoiler here) is that current wow better be converted in better service and customer care... Skype does not have like the best name in the world on the matter of customer care and service... As far as I know they are the only VoIP Telephony company in the world that does not pick up it's phone and I find that hilarious.
