Serious how much more simple or idiotic can it be... I have honestly had with all those people with their cleaned up blogging mentality, but okay... Maybe before they write something it should be filtered or censored by the Skype PR ? I like the phrase "slight perspective on the announcement".... Here goes :

why would skype, who's success came mainly via viral advertising and blogs be the only one to advertise skype... in google adwords...
ask yourself how smart that is, since due to such limitations the skype blogs will mainly be showing other voip vendors.
but hey, if you want it to dissapear, don't sue me, just ask. Replacing a word on typepad is very easy.

My take : never publically apologize to your customers, certainly not on a website or weblog. Instead find a proper explanation and give them something to chew on in mean time. If you are lucky they won't laugh with you or run away to MagicJack, Simpler VoIP than Skype?

My take : go for it ! Nothing was asked in the questionnaire about Skype. After having clicked away all questions. I was redirected to the Malaysian www.ebay.com.my website where you can buy lot's of second hand Skype phones... but nothing new it seems.

Imagine if Skype would make a version with that works on small OLED screens totally Skype embedded. 3 Skype phone could come up with that..

Skype has also something going for deaf people using Skype. Speaking for myself, I talk to people all the time that don't seem to hear what I say, but that has not to do with being really deaf, but everything with "raging incompetence on the basic concepts of information security."
