Something wrong with the Skype call transfer?
The wonderfull feature of the skype call transfer…
It's great to have call-forwarding , but it is confusing for the callers to be forwarded to skype ID or phone.
It's exactly the total freedom and absence of centralized rules (like you have in an internal mailserver) that make skype less suitable for companies where such ruling systems need to be in place, since policies had a purpose…
With skype you can't do that.
Also it's annoying that when the callforwarding is done that you cannot take back the callforwarding if the phone is not answered.
I can't take back the call-forwarding.
Many features that you have in a standard pbx are not present.
But still a great tool. I wonder how many businesses/users have actually bought phones like Ipevo with Skype build in.
I wonder if the callforwarding works on my existing phones with Skype built-in. (Belkin Skype Wifi-phone and the - brandname for whom I don't provide free publicity - ). Hopefully they thought about an upgrade.
